Kerby Anderson

My name is Kerby Anderson and I am a 4th generation rancher born and raised in Northern Colorado. In my free time you will normally find me traveling down the road to rodeo with my husband, or at our family ranch located in Northern Colorado. I enjoy the beautiful outdoors and providing a helping hand with the cattle operation – which runs about 350 cow/calf pairs, a couple hundred yearlings, and around 40 head of horses, most are brood mares and the rest are performance horses.

Not only am I a Colorado rancher, I am also a Colorado real estate agent. I love to work with other ranchers and farmers to help them find exactly what they are looking for. However, I do not limit myself to only farm and ranch – as I work with home investors, builders, and first-time homebuyers.

I am customer-driven and have a competitive nature that I bring to real estate as well. This drives me to achieve results and give my clients their desired results. My ranching background has certainly taught me there is no substitution for good old-fashioned hard work!
