Dusty has 5 stars for a reason. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we would have never been able to get our first home without him.
He always went above and beyond to answer every question we had, no matter the time of day or how small it was.
He made us feel secure and safe with our home purchase. Making sure we had all the information and expert guidance to ensure we were making the best choice for our family. I will be recommending him to my family and friends because I know he will take care of them. If you are looking for a real estate agent that is going to have your best interest and go out of their way for you, he is it. I can not recommend him enough.

Dusty walked in and immediately became our tour guide through it all. It was not like we had an agent, but instead we had an extra family member who cared just as much about this journey and our vision as we did.

My experience with Dusty and the folks at Krafting Home Team was amazing.
Dusty, from the first meeting in Grover, to the closing in Greeley he was prompt, responsive and very professional. I felt he really cared. It didn't seem to matter that it was just an empty lot in Grover Colorado. I felt I was treated with the same respect and enthusiasm as I would expect with a several million-dollar deal. That really made a huge impression on me. When I'm ready for my next home purchase Dusty will be my first call. Buying a home in Colorado while living in Virginia could have been a very stressful experience, but Dusty walked me through it every step of the way.
He was extremely responsive and ensured I was kept in the loop along the way with updates on the construction and any issues that needed to be handled. As closing drew near, he stayed on top of everything that needed to be done by me, my lender, and the builder.
